Terms of Service — Reality Take

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Reality Take (realitytake.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who can use Reality Take

You must be at least 13 years old. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you post. By submitting it you grant Reality Take a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe third-party rights.

You agree not to post:

Personal attacks, hate speech, or harassment
Private information about real people (doxxing)
Spam, solicitation, or illegal content
Content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights

Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from Settings. Cancellation stops future charges; we do not issue refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Reality TV content

Reality Take presents fan discussion, predictions, and publicly available show information. We are not affiliated with any television network or production company. Show names, logos, and related marks are property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer of warranties

Reality Take is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on the platform is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reality Take and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify active users by email for material changes.
